Welcome to Sharp Exotics. By reserving, renting, or operating a vehicle provided by Sharp Exotics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before completing your reservation.

All renters must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirements established by Sharp Exotics. Additional identification, proof of insurance, and payment verification may be required before a vehicle is released.

Sharp Exotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel a rental if a customer fails to satisfy rental eligibility, identification, insurance, or payment requirements.

Only drivers expressly authorized by Sharp Exotics and listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Sharp Exotics.

Payment is required according to the terms presented during booking. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Sharp Exotics reserves the right to request additional documentation or a refundable security deposit before releasing a vehicle.

ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Sharp Exotics maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for customer cancellations, no-shows, early returns, unused rental time, changes in travel plans, or personal circumstances.

Requests to reschedule a reservation may be considered at the sole discretion of Sharp Exotics, subject to availability and any applicable additional charges. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

If Sharp Exotics is unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to mechanical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons within its control, Sharp Exotics may offer a comparable replacement vehicle, a rental credit, or a refund as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

ALL VEHICLE RENTALS INCLUDE A MAXIMUM ALLOWANCE OF 100 MILES PER RENTAL.

The standard mileage allowance is 100 miles for the entire rental period, unless a different allowance is expressly stated in the signed rental agreement.

Any mileage exceeding the included 100 miles will be subject to additional per-mile charges at the rate specified in the rental agreement.

Mileage is calculated using the vehicle’s odometer or other approved vehicle monitoring equipment.

Unused mileage has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another reservation.

A security deposit may be required before taking possession of a rental vehicle. The amount will vary depending on the vehicle and rental requirements.

Security deposits may be applied toward authorized charges, including vehicle damage, excess mileage, fuel shortages, late returns, cleaning fees, traffic violations, tolls, and other outstanding rental obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any remaining refundable deposit balance will be returned after the vehicle has been inspected and all applicable charges have been determined.

Renters must maintain insurance coverage that satisfies Sharp Exotics’ requirements and applicable law.

Before taking possession of a vehicle, renters may be required to provide proof of insurance that covers the rented vehicle.

The renter is responsible for damage, loss, theft, deductibles, and other expenses to the extent established by the rental agreement and permitted by law.

Any accident, theft, vandalism, or vehicle damage must be reported to Sharp Exotics immediately. Accidents must also be reported to law enforcement when required.

All Sharp Exotics vehicles must be operated responsibly and in compliance with applicable traffic laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Racing, drag racing, drifting, burnouts, or participation in motorsport events.
• Reckless driving, excessive speeding, or dangerous vehicle operation.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances.
• Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
• Using the vehicle for illegal activities.
• Towing, pushing, or transporting other vehicles.
• Operating the vehicle on off-road trails or unsuitable surfaces.
• Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
• Transporting animals without prior written authorization.

Violations may result in termination of the rental without refund and additional charges for resulting damage or expenses, subject to applicable law.

All vehicles are inspected before and after each rental.

Renters are expected to return vehicles in substantially the same condition in which they were received, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

The renter may be held financially responsible for damage occurring during the rental period, including damage to wheels, tires, body panels, interiors, mechanical components, and other vehicle systems, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.

Excessive cleaning, smoke removal, lost keys, or other restoration services may result in additional charges.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

All vehicles must be fueled using the manufacturer’s recommended premium-grade gasoline or other fuel specifically required by Sharp Exotics.

Failure to meet fuel requirements may result in refueling charges or responsibility for damage caused by improper fueling.

Rental pickup and return times will be specified in the reservation confirmation or rental agreement.

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges or fees as disclosed in the rental agreement.

Extensions must be approved by Sharp Exotics before the scheduled return time. An extension is not guaranteed.

Returning a vehicle early does not entitle the renter to a refund or credit for unused rental time.

Renters are responsible for parking tickets, traffic citations, tolls, towing expenses, impound fees, and other violations incurred during the rental period, to the extent permitted by law.

Additional administrative processing fees may apply where disclosed in the rental agreement.

Although Sharp Exotics makes every effort to provide the exact vehicle reserved, vehicle availability may change due to maintenance, mechanical issues, damage, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Sharp Exotics may offer a comparable replacement vehicle when necessary. Any substitution, cancellation, credit, or refund will be handled in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.

Sharp Exotics vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking, telematics, and vehicle monitoring systems for security, theft prevention, maintenance, mileage verification, and other disclosed business purposes.

Use of such systems will be subject to applicable privacy laws and any additional disclosures provided to the renter.

Tampering with or disabling vehicle monitoring or security equipment is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharp Exotics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from rental delays, cancellations, vehicle unavailability, or interruption of a rental.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a renter’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Sharp Exotics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be published on sharpexotics.com and will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed to at the time of booking.

By completing a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or accepting possession of a Sharp Exotics vehicle, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

The signed rental agreement governs the specific vehicle, rental period, mileage charges, deposits, and other transaction-specific requirements.
