NO REFUNDS POLICY

No Refunds Policy

At Sharp Exotics, all vehicle rental bookings are final and non-refundable. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for vehicle rentals, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cancellations by the renter
  • No-shows
  • Late arrivals
  • Changes in travel plans or personal circumstances

2. Rescheduling Policy

At our sole discretion, we may allow a one-time reschedule of your booking if:

  • You notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled rental time
  • The request is approved by our team
  • The new date is within 30 days of the original booking

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to price differences and availability.

3. Weather Conditions

Vehicle rentals proceed rain or shine. Weather conditions, including rain, storms, or extreme heat, do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

4. Vehicle Availability

In the rare event that your reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, Sharp Exotics reserves the right to:

  • Provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle

If no alternative option is acceptable or available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.

5. Early Returns / Unused Time

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Early returns
  • Unused rental time
  • Voluntary termination of the rental period

6. Refusal of Service

Sharp Exotics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Fails to meet rental requirements
  • Appears impaired or unsafe to operate the vehicle
  • Violates any terms of the rental agreement

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By booking with Sharp Exotics, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Any disputes must be addressed directly with our team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future rentals
  • Additional administrative and legal fees

8. Conditional Refunds

 If the car is mechanically not safe and an upgrade or replacement is not available sharp exotics may issue a refund only if an upgrade or a replacement with a comparable car is not available.
